摘 要:研究了天然沸石对直接耐晒黑G废水的处理效果,并研究了投加混凝剂和钻井用膨润土对天然沸石处理直接耐晒黑G废水的影响。考察了投加量、振荡时间和温度对天然沸石处理直接耐晒黑G废水的影响,结果表明:在投加量4000mg/L,振荡时间15min以及常温25℃下,天然沸石处理直接耐晒黑G废水的效果最佳。投加混凝剂可提高化学需氧量(COD)去除效果,去除率提高约16%。最佳条件下,投加3000mg/L钻井用膨润土可使色度去除率达到93%。Direct black G wastewater disposed by natural zeolite and the effect on using coagulant and drilling bentonite were studied in this paper. The wastewater was treated under different dosages, agitation time and temperature, the results showed that the best removal efficiency was got when the dosage of natural zeolite was 4000mg/L, the agitation time was 15 minutes and the temperature was 25℃. The COD removal was increased by 16 percent when wastewater was treated by coagulant and natural zeolite; while the color removal was increased to 93% when wastewater was treated by 4000mg/L natural zeolite and 3000mg/L drilling bentonite.
