再析北岛康介成功的原因

摘　　要：2008年北京奥运会北岛康介再度成功卫冕100米、200米蛙泳,着重从三方面分析其成功原因:(1)北岛身边的科研团队提供的综合支持;(2)指导北岛13年的平井伯昌教练的特点;(3)北岛自身拥有的特质。以此为例展示日本从21世纪起应用科研力量支持竞技游泳的发展趋势和新的科学训练方法与理念,拟为我国下阶段训练游泳运动员提供借鉴和参考。In 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, Kosuke Kitajima again became the defending champion of 100 meter and 200 meter breast stroke. In this article, factors accounting for his success are analyzed from the following three aspects, namely technical support provided by the scientific research team around him, characteristics of his coach Hirai Bochang who has been coaching him for 13 years, and his unique qualifications. Learning the development trend of Japan since the 21 century to apply scientific research outcome on athletic swimming and new scientific training method and conception can provide reference for our swimming training in the next phase.
