抛光常见缺陷分析及解决方法

摘　　要：抛光砖在生产和后续加工过程中,常形成各种缺陷,严重影响产品质量和装饰效果,增加了资源的消耗,降低了企业的经济效益。作者以实际生产作为切入点,系统的对抛光工艺及设备进行研究,对抛光常见缺陷的产生原因,从设备的使用、人工操作等方面进行了详细的分析,通过对大量数据的分析、比较,对抛光线各种设备的使用、调试、参数的确定、修复缺陷的手段提出了合理化的建议,从而达到降低缺陷率和成本,提高产品质量,实现企业最大经济效益的目的。：Ceramic glazed tile, as a new decorative material, becomes more and more popular because of its lower air-bubble rate, better mechanical capability, stronger caustic-resistance, freezing-resistance, frictionresistance and variety of patterns and colors. During the production and process of tiles, various flaws often appear which result in poor product quality and decorative effect, more wastes of resource and low economic efficiency of enterprise. The author makes a systemic research into polishing technique and equipment based on production, and analyses the reasons of common flaws from various aspects, such as the use of equipment, manual operation and so on. Through the numerous date comparison and analysis, the author also put forward rationalized proposals on the use and debug of equipment in polishing production line, the ascertainment of parameters and the methods of renovating flaw so as to reduce cost improve product quality and achieve the most economy benefits.
