摘 要:目的研究0.2μm ZrO2陶瓷膜微滤中药水提液过程中的膜污染机理。方法以金银花、麦冬、当归水提液为研究对象,进行膜通量测定,根据Darcy-Poiseuille定律这一过滤模型确定过滤阻力分布情况,水提液的物理化学参数,高分子含量测定,水提液粒径分析。结果①膜阻力主要集中在表面沉积层,浓差极化层阻力起了次要作用,膜本身的阻力及膜孔内部污染阻力所占比例比较小;②通过高分子测定对膜污染物进行定性,定量分析可知膜污染物中分子为淀粉、鞣质、果胶和蛋白质、果胶含量直接影响膜通量;③水提液粒径小于10μm的颗粒影响通量的大小。结论研究微滤过程中的膜污染机理对于采用减缓膜通量减少的措施及寻找有效的膜再生方法有重要指导作用。Objective To discuss the fouling mechanism of ceramic membrane in the microfihration of extract of Chinese medicine. Methods The extracts of Chinese medicine were microfiltered, then physicochemical parameters, polymer content and particle size analysis were used to study the microstructure of surface and section of new membrane. Results (1)The filtration resistance was mainly decided by the deposit resistance, the concentration polarization resistance was less important. (2)Membrane pollutants could be qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by determination of polymer content. Pectin had impact on membrane flux directly. (3)Particle about smaller than 10μm affected membrane flux. Conclusion It's important to study the fouling mechanism of the membrane for looking for effective measures to relieve the downward trend of the membrane flux and for the appropriate membrane cleaning.
