摘  要:目的对第4代航天诱变防风药材及地面组防风药材作对比分析,以期为更全面了解第4代航天诱变防风品质的变化和深入研究积累资料。方法性状鉴别、粉末显微组织鉴别。结果与地面组防风相比,太空组防风根部明显增粗,气稍浓,表面颜色变深,横截面芯部颜色浅黄,微白,油管中条块状分泌物明显减少,韧皮薄壁细胞壁变薄。结论航天诱变有利于选育出长势良好、根部主干明显增粗的、显微组织有一定变化的、活性成分提高的防风新品种,航天诱变育种是中药材种质资源创新的快捷有效的途径之一。Objective To analyze the 4th generation of spaceflight mutagenesis Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk and the ground group so as to add scientific data to the research on spaceflight mutagenesis. Methods Character identification and powder micro - image identification were adopted. Results Compared with ground group, the root of space group was larger and its scent was stronger. The color of its surface was darker. The color of its transect was yellowy, the center a little white. The vitta secretion was decreased obviously. The cell walls of phloem cells were thinner. Conclusion It is easy to get new variety of Chinese medicinal materials with variations such as growing well, changed microstructure and higher content of active components. It also provides a new way to the innovation of Chinese medicinal materials germ plasm.
