摘 要:目的观察灯盏乙素对对乙酰氨基酚和脂多糖致小鼠肝功能损伤和致死率的影响。方法分别给不同模型的小鼠灌胃给予灯盏乙素25—500mg·kg^-1,1次/d。7~14d后,一次性腹腔注射不同剂量的对乙酰氨基酚和脂多糖,观察小鼠肝功能变化和致死情况。结果小剂量的灯盏乙素不影响对乙酰氨基酚所致小鼠肝功能损伤,但加大剂量后小鼠致死率明显升高;小剂量的灯盏乙素就能显著加重脂多糖所致小鼠肝功能损伤、明显增加脂多糖致小鼠死亡率。结论使用灯盏乙素治疗心或脑血管疾病,当病人遇到感染性疾病时,要注意灯盏乙素的使用剂量,灯盏乙素的不当使用可能会加重脂多糖(内毒素)诱导的肝损伤;使用对乙酰氨基酚治疗各种疾病所致发热时,合用灯盏乙素也要注意灯盏乙素的使用剂量。Objective To investigate the effects of Scutellarin on liver function and fatality rate induced by Acetaminophen (APAP) and Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in mice. Methods Mice were administered orally with 25 mg· kg^-1 -500 mg · kg^-1 Scutellarin, respectively, once a day for 7 - 14 days, then intraperitoneally once with different doses of APAP or LPS. The liver function and fatality rate in mice were observed. Results Low doses of scutellarin had no conspicuous effects on liver function, but high doses could elevate the fatality rate induced by APAP in mice, however, low doses of scutellarin could increase the liver injury and elevate the fatality rate induced by LPS in mice. Conclusion During scutellarin is used to treat cardiovascular or cerebral diseases, we should pay attention to the doses of scutellarin when patients confront bacterial infection, unsuitable use of scutellarin may aggravate liver injury induced by LPS (endotoxin). Furthermore, when we use APAP to treat fever caused by various diseases, if co - administratively with scutellarin, we also should pay attention to the doses of scutellarin.
