摘  要:目的研究微切助互作技术辅助提取穿心莲内酯的最佳工艺。方法以穿心莲内酯提取率为考察指标,通过单因素及正交实验考察微切助互作技术辅助提取穿心莲内酯的主要影响因素,确定最佳工艺条件;采用高效液相色谱法测定穿心莲内酯含量。结果最佳工艺条件为:Na2CO3助剂用量3%(W/W),研磨时间为45 min(物料粒度D95≤44μm),水作溶剂,料液比为1∶60(g∶ml)。该工艺条件下,穿心莲内酯提取率比热回流法提高23.2%。结论微切助互作技术辅助提取具有提取率高、时间短、无需加热、乙醇用量少等特点,是提取穿心莲内酯的一种有效方法。Objective To optimize the mechanochemical assisted extraction on andrographolide from Andrographis paniculata. Methods The optimum extraction parameters were investigated by one - factor experiment and orthogonal design. The content of andrographolide was determined by HPLC. Results The optimum parameters were as follows: Na2CO3 content, 3% (W/W) ; milling peropd, 45 min ; extraction solvent, water; solid/liquid ratio, 1 : 60 ( g: ml). Under these parameters, the Andrographolide yield increased by 23.2% as compared with heat - reflux extraction. Conclusion The mechanochemical assisted extraction can improve andrographolide yield, shorten the extraction time, reduce the ethanol consumption, without heating, and it is an effective method for andrographolide extraction from Andrographis paniculata.
