摘  要:目的探讨冬虫夏草多糖对小鼠皮肤光老化的保护作用。方法用8-甲氧补骨脂素(8-MOP)联合UVA制备小鼠皮肤光老化模型,在造模前给皮肤涂抹虫草多糖溶液,造模后24 h内取皮肤组织,进行HE染色和电镜观察并检测组织羟脯氨酸含量。结果光老化组皮肤真皮层明显增厚,炎细胞浸润,皮脂腺不规则增生,纤维组织疏松紊乱,常见断裂,成纤维细胞形态不规则,内质网少,虫草多糖保护组明显改善,羟脯氨酸含量较光老化组明显增加。结论虫草多糖对皮肤光老化具有保护作用。Objective To observe the protective action of Cordyceps polysaccharides (CP)on photoaging skin in mice. Methods Photoaging skin model was induced by 8 - MOP/UVA. Cordyceps polysaccharides was administered on skin before 8-MOP/ UVA. HE Stained, electron microscope and hydroxyproline (HYP) quantitant were used to test effects of cordyceps polysaccharides. Results Dermis layer of photoaging skin was thicker than that of controls. The fibers of photoaging skin showed fraying and rupturing. Hydroxyproline(HYP) quantitant was decreased after 8 - MOP/UVA . While cordyceps polysaccharides could protect the injury of 8 - MOP/UVA. Conclusion Cordyceps polysaccharides has protective effect on photoaging skin in mice.
