活血通脉片活血镇痛作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察活血通脉片对血淤大鼠血液流变学及对热板小鼠痛阈值的影响,为临床试验提供依据。方法成年W istar大鼠60只及痛阈值不超过30 s的雌性昆明种小鼠50只,随机分为活血通脉片高、中、低剂量组,阳性对照组及空白对照组灌胃给药治疗,测定大鼠血液学指标和热板小鼠痛阈值。结果活血通脉片高、中剂量组可明显改善血瘀大鼠血液流变学指标,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);3个剂量组均能显著提高热板小鼠的痛阈值,同空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论活血通脉片具有活血镇痛的药效作用,且呈现一定的剂量依赖性。Objective To explore the effects of HXTMP on blood viscosity in rats and pain threshold in hot board mice and to provide the basis for clinical experiment. Methods Sixty Wistar rats and fifety female Kunming mice with pain threshold not exceed 30s were divided into high, middle,low groups of HXTMP, model group and blank group randomly, fed with above drugs and the blood viscosity data in rats and pain threshold in hot board mice were assayed. Results High and middle groups of HXTMP improved blood viscosity markedly in rats and had significant difference as compared with model group（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, HXTMP three groups all improved pain threshold markedly in hot board mice and had significant difference as compared with blank group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion HXTMP has the pharmacology effects of invigorating blood and analgesia in a dose - dependent manner.
