摘 要:在研究了新型双蓄热镁还原炉生产工艺的基础上,利用S7-300设计了镁还原炉工控系统。介绍了镁还原炉控制系统PLC的硬件组成及控制系统主要功能,重点介绍燃烧控制,换向控制的实现过程。控制系统下位机PLC程序利用Step7编写;上位机利用组态软件WINCC编写,人机界面友好美观、操作方便。在新型双蓄热镁还炉上应用PLC控制系统,可以使还原炉满足镁还原加热要求,达到节能目的。A control system for new type double - regenerative Mg reducing furnace is developed by using S7 - 300 based on study on double - regenera rive Mg reducing furnace. The hardware configuration of PLC control system and the program function is introduced in this paper. Combustion control and reverse control are discussed in detail. PLC control procedures of the lower computer in the system is compiled with StepT, the upper computer is compiled with Wince. The human computer interface is friendly and convenient operation. Through using PLC control system, the new type double regenerative Mg reducing furnace not only can meet the temperature request, but also has an excellent save in energy.
