摘  要:基于TRIP 590高强钢的点焊工艺和接头力学性能实验,以及接头的宏观金相分析,研究了焊接电流、焊接时间和电极压力等点焊规范参数对接头力学性能的影响规律,提出TRIP590电阻点焊的最佳工艺规范范围为:焊接电流7.0~7.5kA,电极压力400kgf,焊接时间15cyc。焊接时应尽量保证电极和工件表面的清净度,避免焊接电流和焊接时间过小或过大以及锻压力不足等情况,防止焊接缺陷的发生。A series of spot welding technology,joint mechanical properties and macro metallographic analysis of TRIP 590 high strength steel were researched.Based on these experiments and analyses,effects of spot welding parameters such as welding current, welding time and electrode pressure on joint mechanical properties were explored.The relevant spot welding parameters of TRIP 590 high strength steel by spot welding were recommended,such as welding current is 7.0-7.5 kA,electrode's pressure is 400 kgf and welding time is 15 cyc.Welding electrode should be to ensure that as much as possible and clean the surface,to avoid welding current and welding time is too small or too large ,as well as forging lack of power,to Drevent the occurrence of welding defects.
