摘　　要：为实现石油钻杆耐磨带堆焊过程的自动化,采用了以FXIN日本三菱高速多功能PLC为核心的控制系统。现场应用证明,该系统完全实现了堆焊层所需的功能,并保证了系统在整个焊接环境中的稳定性和可靠性,具有良好的推广和应用前景。To achieve the automatic operation on the cladding welding procedure ,this paper uses the method of design principle that the control system uses the core technology of PLC programmable.The site application proves that the control system realizes all kinds of operations and assures the stability and reliability in the whole welding procedure.Project achievement has good prospect of promotion and application.
