通补开泄法促进冠心病患者血管新生的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究通补开泄法对冠心病患者血管新生的影响。方法:选取520例稳定性冠心病患者,随机分为两组,治疗组(天香散组)271例,对照组(通心络组)249例。观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图、血清血管生长因子、一氧化氮以及一氧化氮合酶的含量变化。结果:两组胸痛、胸闷、心悸、乏力症状均有改善,与本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组与对照组比较,胸闷、眩晕及心电图明显改善,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均能改善血清血管内皮生长因子、一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通补开泄法改善冠心病患者临床症状及心肌缺血状态,可能与促进冠心病患者血管新生有关。Objective： To study the influence of Purgation and Tonification on angiogenesis in coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods： 520 CHD patients were randomly divided into two groups： 271 patients in the treatment group, 249 patients in the control group to observe the change of clihieal symptom, EKG, vascular growth factor （VGF）, nitrogen monoxidum （NO）, nitric oxide synthase （NOS） before and after treatment. Results： Chest complaint, chest distress, cardiopalmus, debilitation were improved after treatment, with significant differences （P〈 0.01 ）. Comparing with control group, the treatment group is improved significantly（ P 〈 0..05） in chest distress, vertigo, EKG recording. In two groups, VGF, NOS, NOS in blood were improved significantly by treatment （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Purgation and Tonification can improve clinical symptoms and myocardial ischemia. It may be promotes neogenesis of blood vessel in CHD.
