摘　　要：基于J2EE平台的框架技术是目前Web应用开发的主流技术。其中,Struts框架基于MVC设计模式,清晰地划分了控制部分、业务逻辑和视图,实现了各层之间的松耦合;Hibernate对JDBC提供了轻量级的对象封装,降低了业务模型部分开发的难度。本文以南水北调中线干线工程财务资产管理系统开发为背景,对Struts框架和Hibernate框架进行了分析,设计了一套整合了两者的J2EE架构,并对系统实现过程进行了详细介绍。At present, framework based on J2EE is a mainstream tecnnology for developing web applications. The Struts framework is based on MVC design pattern which clearly separates control, business logic and view, has realized to decouple the tiers. Hibernate provided lightweight object encapsulation for JDBC, and decreased the difficulty for developing the part of business. On the background of developing a financial assets management system of South-to-North Water Diversion, this paper analyzed the frameworks of Struts and Hibernate, designed an integrated J2EE framework that combined both of them, and introduced the implementation in detail.
