淮河流域水资源现状分析及承载能力研究意义

摘　　要：首先介绍了淮河流域概况，分析了2000-2006年的水质资料、污染物人河量和水质达标状况。针对淮河流域水资源现状，总结了目前存在的水资源问题，主要包括三个方面：缺水问题突出；水污染问题严峻；闸坝众多，水资源开发利用程度高。最后提出了在淮河流域开展水资源承载能力研究的重要意义及基本的研究框架。The situation in Huaihe River Basin was firstly introduced in this paper. Then the water quality data, the quantity of pollutions pouring into river and the conditions of water quality were analyzed during 2000~2006. Based on the present situation of water resources in Huaihe River Basin, the existing problems were concluded, included the problem of water scarcity; the severe problem of water pollution; the numerous gates and dams, and the heavy utilization of water resources. The significances of the water resources carrying capacity study and basic research framework in Huaihe River Basin were pronosed.
