摘 要:为研究火炸药粉尘环境用电气设备的壳体强度,以常用的YB2 100L2-4隔爆型三相异步电动机为原型,进行了壳体的强度设计。根据材料力学第一强度理论得出了壳体厚度的设计公式,得到在最大间隙条件及最大进粉量条件下的最小壳体厚度,并用ANSYS/Structural模块进行了壳体的有限元仿真。结果表明:设计的壳体厚度能够满足强度要求。Aimed at the intensity design of electrical apparatus used in environment with propellant and explosives dust, the common explosion insulation three-phase asynchronism electromotor of YB2 100L2-4 is proposed as model. According to the first intensity theory in material mechanics, the design formula of the thickness of the enclosure is deduced, so the thickness of enclosure under maximum gap of joint surface and maximum invaded dust condition is obtained. At the same time, the enclosure is simulated by ANSYS software, the results show that the designed thickness of enclosure can meet with the intensity demands.
