摘 要:选用1日龄艾维因肉仔鸡448只,随机分为8组,每组4个重复,每重复14只(公母各半)。用4×2(Cu×VA)完全随机设计,铜的添加量为0、8、150、225mg/kg,维生素A的添加量为1500和5000IU/kg。探讨日粮不同铜、维生素A水平及互作效应对肉仔鸡体内几种蛋白代谢相关指标的影响。结果显示日粮低铜(0~8mg/kg)组血清尿素氮(SUN)质量浓度降低,血清总蛋白(TP)质量浓度提高,血清谷草转胺酶(GOT)和谷丙转胺酶(GPT)的活性提高;高剂量维生素A(5000IU/kg)组SUN质量浓度降低,TP质量浓度显著增加;低铜(0mg/kg)与高剂量维生素A(5000IU/kg)在降低SUN质量浓度和提高TP质量浓度方面有协同作用。结果表明低铜(0~8mg/kg)利于肉仔鸡体内蛋白质合成。A 4 × 2 completely random experiment was designed to study the influence of copper and vitamin A on the indices relevant to protein metabolism. 448 1-d broilers were divided into 8 treatments randomly,each treatment with 4 replicates, each replicate with 14 broilers (7male:7femal). The results showed that the concentration of SUN in the,treatment of Cu(0 8 mg/kg) was the lowest. The concentration of TP in the treatment of Cu(0-8 mg/kg) was the highest. The activity of serum GOT and serum GPT in the treatment of Cu(0-8 mg/kg) were the highest. The concentration of SUN in the treatment of VA (5 000 IU/kg) was the lowest. The concentration of TP in the treatment of VA (5 000 IU/kg) was the highest. The concentration of SUN in the treatment of Cu(0 mg/kg) X VA (5 000 IU/kg)was the lowest. The concentration of TP in the treatment of Cu(0 mg/kg) ×VA(5 000 IU/kg)was the highest. The results indicated that the treatment of Cu (0 8 mg/kg)should be beneficial for protein metabolism in broilers.
