羊抗猪脂肪细胞膜抗血清对猪生长发育与脂质代谢的影响

摘  要:选取24头刚断奶(5周龄)的上海大白猪,随机分成3大组(6小组),即对照组C(C1和C2小组)、试验组Ⅰ(Ⅰ1和Ⅰ2小组)、试验组Ⅱ(Ⅱ1和Ⅱ2小组),每小组4头猪。试验期为11周和17周。42日龄时,试验组Ⅰ和Ⅱ,分别腹腔和皮下注射山羊抗猪脂肪细胞膜抗血清,连续以每日2.5mL/kg剂量注射。对照组以相同剂量注射山羊正常血清。分别在免疫后11、17周末屠宰。结果显示,山羊抗猪脂肪细胞膜被动免疫猪后,各试验组(腹腔免疫组与皮下免疫组)的饲料报酬均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);体重和日增重也高于对照组。在免疫后7~17d各试验组血清FFA浓度与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),65d后各试验组均无明显差异;血清尿素氮在处理后各试验组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),35d时皮下免疫组无明显差异;在免疫后7~17d各试验组血清总蛋白与对照组相比均明显升高(P<0.05),65d时各试验组均不存在显著性差异;免疫后7~17d各试验组血清胆固醇均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。Twenty four Shanghai Large White pigs, aged approximately 35 days were allocated randomly to six groups( control 1, control 2 ; subcutaneous immunization Ⅰ 1 and Ⅰ 2,abdominal cavity immunization Ⅱ1 and Ⅱ2, each group included 4 piglets respectively. On 42th day,piglets of group Ⅰ 1, Ⅰ 2 and piglets of group Ⅱ 1, Ⅱ2 were re spectively administrated subcutaneous and abdominal cavity injection with 2.5 mL/kg. BW/d sheep anti-pig adipocyte plasma membrane antisera, piglets of control 1 and control 2 received an equivalent volume of sheep normal sera. Above every group received two consecutive daily injection. The result of the eleventh week after immunization indicated that compared with the control group,after passive immunization in group Ⅰ 1 and in group Ⅱ 1, body weight and lean meat both were increased, daily weight gain was increased; feed conversion was increased obviously(P〈0.05). In contrast to control after immunization in both experimental groups, FFA concentrations were increased obviously in 7 to 17 days and kept constant in the later period;serum TC concentrations were lighter during experiment in experiment group, and that for two treatment groups were reduced significantly(P〈0.05) in 7-17 days;serum TG concentrations were constant during the whole experiment; serum TP concentrations were increased within 35 days (P〈0.05) ,but serum TP concentrations were not increased significantly after 35 days in abdominal cavity immunization group; serum BUN concentrations were lighter during the whole experiment in experiment groups, but after 3.5 days, serum BUN concentrations were reduced significantly only in group Ⅰ land Ⅰ 2.
