静电纺丝法制备纳米结构复合电阻型湿度传感器

摘  要:通过静电纺丝法制备了具有纳米纤维结构的含硅聚电解质/聚苯胺/PEO复合湿敏元件。研究发现:元件具有快的响应速度(吸湿7s,脱湿19s)。在22-95%RH的湿度范围内,电阻变化3个数量级,具有较高的灵敏度,较好的响应线性度(R2=0.966)和小的湿滞(2%RH)。通过聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵预先对电极表面进行修饰,可以有效改善纳米纤维膜与电极基体的接触,降低电阻。In this paper, nanofibers composed of polyaniline, silicon-containing polyelectrolytes and PEO were deposited on interdigitated gold electrodes by electrospinning to construct a humidity nanosensor. The resistance of the nanosensor changed for three orders of magnitude in the humidity range of 22-95% RH, indicating a high sensitivity. In addition, it showed good linearity (R2=0.966) on a semi-logarithmic scale, very small hysteresis (2% RH) and fast response time (t90%: 7s and 19s for adsorption and desorption, respectively). Moreover, the decoration of electrode with polyelectrolyte is proved to effectively improve the contact between the nanofibers and the gold electrode.
