摘　　要：追求信息权利的平等成为推动社会关系和社会生产力发展的动力性因素。弱势群体作为社会中的一个特殊群体,也应同其他社群一样,享有信息权利。因此,要重视对弱势群体的信息援助,使他们利用信息尽早地摆脱贫困,更好地生存和发展。这既是社会文明和进步的表现,也有利于社会的稳定与和谐。图书馆作为社会公益性文化事业单位,它担负着传播先进文化、促进社会文明与进步的重大责任。作为社会的信息中心和知识宝库,图书馆对弱势群体提供信息援助,不仅切实可行,而且显得相当迫切与必要。The pursuit of equal fights of the information has promoted social relations and social development of the productive forces of the momentum factor. Vulnerable groups in society, as a special group, should be the same with other communities, enjoy the right of information. Therefore, attention should be paid to vulnerable groups of information assistance to enable them to use information as soon as possible to shake off poverty and better survival and development. This is not only a social civilization and progress of the performance, but also conducive to social stability and harmony. Library as a community nonprofit cultural institutions, it undertakes the spread advanced culture, the promotion of social civilization and progress of major responsibility. As a community treasure of knowledge and information centres, libraries provide information on assistance to vulnerable groups, not only practical, but also it is urgent and necessary.
