摘　　要：本文就目前国内外数字信息领域较为关注的数字资源保存和利用的发展状况作了较为详细的论述,列举和分析了国外成功的数字资源保存项目,从而提出了我国在数字资源保存领域的发展策略以及哈尔滨工业大学图书馆的发展构想。Digital information on the current domestic and foreign areas more concerned about the number of resource conservation and utilization of the development of a more detailed exposition and analysis cited in a foreign country, the number of resource conservation projects, so as to put our country in the field of preservation of digital resources development strategy and our library development conception.
