摘　　要：文章提出了高校图书馆人性化管理的观点并探讨了其内涵,分析了当前读者服务中人性化的具体体现。怎样将人性化管理的思想强化和提高,使高校图书馆在技术化趋势的今天仍具有可持续发展的能力。This article put forward the idea of humanized management in university libraries and investigated its connotation. It also analyzed the concrete embodiment of humanization in current reader service. How to strengthen and improve the idea of humanized management in university libraries needs to be discussed, in order to make the university libraries have the ability of sustainable development.
