摘　　要：目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除术(TVH)的临床特点。方法将2005年10月至2007年9月实施的TVH病例进行分析总结。结果TVH并发症少,手术时间短,出血少,术后疼痛轻,进食与活动早,恢复快。结论TVH属于理想的微创手术,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical feature of transvaginal hysterectomy （TVH） for non-prolapsed uterus. Methods The clinical data of TVH cases from Oct. 2005 to Sept. 2007 were analyzed and summarized. Results TVH was characteristic of fewer complications,short operation time,less hemorrhage and slight postoperative pain. The patients took food and exercised early and got quicker recovery. Conclusion TVH is a good minimally invasive operative method,which should be popularized.
