电凝法治疗老年患者下肢静脉曲张体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨电凝法治疗老年患者下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法：总结和分析我院从2001年～2005年收治的64例老年下肢静脉曲张患者的临床资料及随访资料。结果：本组64例老年患者,年龄61～78岁,平均64.5岁,男39例,女25例。病史为2～25年,伴有溃疡形成26例（40.6%）,湿疹样改变有20例（31.25%）,血栓性静脉炎19例（29.7%）。全部患者均采用电凝术治疗,术后下肢静脉曲张均治愈,治愈率为100%。术后有58例（90.6%）进行1年以上的随访,其中溃疡形成患者经过进一步局部治疗后,2例经久不愈,24例（92.3%）痊愈,溃疡愈合后仅有2例复发,复发率8.3%。结论：对于伴有并发症（主要是溃疡形成）的老年静脉曲张患者,电凝法手术是首选术式。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of electrocoagulation in the treatment of varicose vein of lower extremity for senile patients. Method From 2001 to 2005, 64 senile patients with varicose vein of lower extremity were treated with electrocoagulation, and the data of clinical and follow - up were analyzed. Results There were 64 senile patients with varicose vein of lower extremity, including male of 39 cases and female of 25 cases, and the average age was 64.5 years, ranged from 61 to 78. The duration of disease was 2 to 25 years. There were 26 cases （40.6%） with formed ulcer of lower extremity, 20 （31.25 % ） with weeping dermatitis, 19 （29.7 % ） with thrombophlebitis. All the patients were treated with electrocoagulation of varicose vein and all cured. The cure rate was 100%. Fifty - eight cases （ 90.6% ） were followed up for more than 1 year, and 24 cases（92.3% ） with ulcer were cured and 2 cases failed, only 2 cases showed ulcer recurrence, with recurrent rate of 8.3%. Conclusion The method of eletrocoagulation in vasricose vein of lower extremity is recommended for senile patients, especially for the patients with the complication of ulcer of low extremity.
