摘 要:目的:通过对应用了炭材料的听力重建手术68耳的分析,探讨炭质材料在听力重建手术中的相关问题。方法:慢性单纯性中耳炎2例,骨疡型中耳炎3例,胆脂瘤型中耳炎63例,均应用炭材料修复并行Ⅰ期听力重建手术。结果:术后患者随访时间1.5~9年,听力提高30dB以上者17耳,听力提高10~30dB者47耳,听力无提高者4耳(其中因术后感染致人工听骨经新鼓膜排出者2耳)。结论:炭质材料应用于耳科在彻底清除病变基础上可行Ⅰ期听力重建术,缩短了患者治疗时间,是一种具有推广价值的赝复材料。Objective Through 68 patients undergoing audile reconstruction with carbon material, to discuss the relative problems of carbon materials in the audile reconstruction. Method Two cases of chronic otitis media simplex, 3 of otitis media caries, and 63 of otitis media cholesteatoma were all repaired with carbon materials and operated with stage I audile reconstruction. Results Postoperative follow - up lasted for 1.5 -9 years, and audition increased more than 30dB in 17 patients, increased 10 - 30dB in 47, no increase in 4 ( including 2 cases of artificial auditoR' ossicles expelling through tympanum because of postoperative infection). Conclusion Carbon material can apply in stage I audile reconstruction on the basis of cleaning up focus in otology operation, and can shorten the therapy time. Carbon material is a good simulative material with popularized value.
