摘 要:目的:寻找提高周围神经再生效率的有效方法。方法:将神经外膜剪开剥离形成袖套状,切除部分神经束,吻合时保留约1.0mm间隙。利用该方法治疗15例,修复18条神经,男9例,女6例,平均年龄28.5岁。新鲜神经损伤11例,陈旧神经损伤4例。正中神经10条,尺神经5条,桡神经3条。结果:得到随访的患者均有明显的神经功能恢复。结论:神经外膜袖套式吻合,为神经纤维的再生提供了一个理想的微环境,能够加快周围神经的再生,提高再生质量。Objective To search a efficient way to improve the nerve regeneration. Method Theraptured nerve was anastomased by the way of epineurim sleave, and 1.0mm gap was made by cutting neurofascicali. In this way, 15 caces were treated, 18 nerves was repaired. The patients included 9 males and 6 females, the average age of 28.5 years old. 11 nerves were fresh injured, and 4 were old injured. 10 midian nerves, 5 ulnar nerves, and 3 radial nerves. Results In followe - up cases, the restoration of nerve function was obvious. Conclusion Itis a good way to anastomose raptured nerve by the way of epineurioum sleeve, and provide a ideal microenviroment for nerve regeneration, promote regeneration of the nerve.
