摘　　要：目的:探索振动扣击机治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效。方法:将住院小儿支气管炎80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用常规消炎、雾化吸入治疗外,用振动扣击机治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率达95%,总有效率为100%,而对照组治愈率为63%,总有效率为85%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:振动扣击机治疗小儿支气管炎确实舒适、安全,可以缩短病程。Objective To explore the treatment effect of therassist massage machines on children＇s bronchitis. Method Eighty cases of children＇s bronchitis in -patient from Oct 2004 to July 2005 were divided into 2 groups randomly as the treatment group and the control group. For the treatment group, we used regular antiphlogistic and atomize inhale, added therassist massage machines to help treating; the control group used regular antiphlogistic and atomize inhale, added manual knocking backs. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 95%, and the effective rate was 100% ; while the control group was 63% and 85%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Treating children＇s bronchitis with therassist massage machines is comfort and safe, and can reduce the course of disease.
