摘 要:以苯甲酸钠为防污剂、硅树脂为基料,制得硅树脂海洋防附着涂料。利用扫描电镜观察了硅树脂附着涂层的微观形貌,并测试了涂层表面的静态水接触角。结果表明,涂层的静态水接触角在加入苯甲酸钠前后未发生太大变化,表明苯甲酸钠在涂层表面未形成团聚而影响涂层的低表面能特性。采用标准曲线法,通过测定溶液的电导率,推算出苯甲酸钠的累计释放量,发现含苯甲酸钠的防附着涂层没有"暴释"的现象。采用GB/T5370—1985防污漆样板浅海浸泡试验方法,将防污网片浸泡在浅海中,逐月观察网片上海洋污损生物附着种类、附着量及繁殖程度,同时与空白网片作比较。观察到涂有防附着涂层的网片被附着面积比率与对照组相比明显降低,防污性能相当优异;而且在涂有防污涂层的网片上没有藤壶等大型污损生物的附着。The silicone resin marine anti-fouling coating was prepared by using NaPT as the marine anti- fouling agents and silicone resin as the basic material. The morphological structure of silicone resin coating was investigated under SEM, and its static water contact angle of the coatings was tested. The result proved that the static water contact angle of coatings did not change too much when NaPT was added. This indicated that NaPT molecules were entrapped inside the bulk of the polymer matrix rather than aggregating on the surface, with little effects on the low surface energy properties. The estimated cumulative release NaPT was obtained by measuring the electrical conductivity of the solution by standard curve method. It was found that there was no " sudden release" happened. Anti-fouling nets were hung between net cases in the test maritime space according to GB/T 5370-1985, test methods for anti-fouling paints model in shallow water. Month by month observation on the type, quantity and the propagation of marine fouling organisms were recorded and compared with a blank sample at the same time. It was observed the area ratio of fishnet coated with anti-adhesion coating was lower significantly than the comparison sample, showing excellent anti-fouling properties; and not barnacles and other large attachment of fouling organisms was found as well on the anti-fouling coated nets .
