摘  要:利用Si—H基封端的聚甲基氢硅氧烷与烯丙基聚醚的硅氢化加成反应,合成了聚醚嵌段的聚二甲基硅氧烷,简称聚醚-b-聚硅氧烷(PESO)。用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(1HNMR)对其进行了结构表征。结果表明,PESO与矿物油、羟基硅油、硅橡胶、聚醚等相溶性良好;将其与甲基硅油、硅橡胶、疏水改性后的纳米SiO2等组分复配制成的乳液消泡剂,破泡速度快、抑泡时间较持久,在用量为起泡液质量的0.1,鼓泡速度为3.0L/min条件下,消泡剂可在2s内能使高度为250mL的泡沫迅速破裂,静态消泡时间1′98″,动态抑泡时间达到8′51″81。A new polyether-blocked-polysiloxanes (PESO) was synthesized by hydrosilylation of Si-H terminated polydimethylsiloxane and allyl polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene ether. Chemical structure of the synthesized polysiloxane was investigated and characterized by IR and ^1H NMR. Experiment results indicated that PESO had good compatibility with paraffin oil, hydroxyl-containing polydimethylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane rubber and polyether. The antifoaming agent, which was formulated from the PESO, polydimethylsiloxane fluids, silicone rubber, and hydrophobic nano-silica and so on, showed an excellent antifoam performance, and had a quick foam break and foam suppress ability. Under the conditions of 0. 1% bubble liquid, 3. 0L/min bubble speed, the antifoaming agent rapidly broke down 250mL bubble in two seconds, with dynamic bubble-restrain time of 851″ 81.
