摘 要:目的测定抗病毒饮方药及其煎剂中Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Fe、Zn等元素的含量,从而计算出各元素的溶出率,考察提取工艺的合理性。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法。结果抗病毒饮方药及其煎剂中Ca、Fe的含量最高,Mg在其次,再次是Mn、Zn,Cu的含量最低;所测6种元素中Mg的溶出率最高,可达90.36%;Cu则偏低,仅0.59%;其余4种元素溶出率大多数在50~70%。两个不同浓度煎剂的6种元素溶出率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论煎煮法提取工艺基本合理,尚有待进一步提高。Objective To determine the content of Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Fe and Zn in Anti - virus Formula and its extract, and to calculate their dissolution rate and evaluate the rationality of the extract process technology. Methods Flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used. Results In Anti - virus Formula and its extract, the contents of Ca, Fe were the highest, Mg came the second, Mn, Zn were lower than Mg, and Cu was the lowest. Of the 6 trace elements, the dissolution rate of Mg was 90.36 % , Cu was only 0. 59 % , and that of the other four elements were in the range of 50 % to 70 %. The dissolution rate of the extracts at different concentrations had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The extract technology is basically reasonable, and need further improvement.
