摘　　要：以稻草粉为主料,设5种处理对金福菇的栽培培养基进行筛选,从而选出比较适合金福菇栽培的培养基。试验表明:用稻草粉做金福菇栽培培养基的主料是可行的。以处理A和C长势最好,处理A生物学效率最高,高达107%以上。In order to choose the culture media which is much more suitable for the cultivation of Tricholoma giganteum, rice straw powder was taken as staple material and 5 kinds of treatments with the culture media selected. The result showed that it is practicable to take the rice straw powder as the staple materials to cultivate T. giganteum. The T. giganteum growth under treatment C and A was fastest ; The treatment B was of the most biological efficiency which reaches over 107%.
