摘　　要：阐述了福建省集体林股份合作制创建历程,指出了集体林股份合作制创建初期存在的主要问题及其经营体制如何进一步改革与完善;在此基础上,展望集体林股份合作制的发展,并提出相应的发展建议主要有:⑴林业股份合作林场可提升为林业股份合作社,以求得享受农村合作社的优惠待遇;⑵林业股份合作制改革与发展,应始终是以股份制中的股和利化做票面价值来代表集体山林产权的主体形式;⑶要以科学发展观作为巩固和发展合作林场的指导思想;⑷要依靠林业股份合作经济组织,做好生态公益林管护工作;⑸林业股份合作林场经营管理,要十分重视党和国家政策法规执行的连续性。Analyzed the establishing history of the Fujian collective forestry stock cooperation system, This paper pointed out the main questions in the first stage and the management system how to reform to be perfect. Based on this, the study expected the development of collective forestry stock cooperation system and advanced the effective measures for best improvement. （1）Upgraded the stock cooperation forestry centre to the forestry stock cooperation societies, the stock cooperation forestry centre will enjoy preferential treatment of rural cooperation societies. （2）The reform and development of forestry. stock cooperative system should always be take the stock and profit as a nominal value, which can represent the collective forest property rights. （3）Forestry centre should insist the scientific development concept as guidance for stability and development. （4）Relied on forestry stock cooperation economic organizations, forestry centre bend itself to do the management of the forests of ecology and common- weal. （5）The stock cooperation forestry centre should attach great importance to the continuity of party and state policies and regulations.
