摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症^131I治疗后的外科治疗效果。方法以心得安加卢戈氏液作术前准备，对322例甲亢^131I治疗后的病人行双侧甲状腺次全切除术。结果本组无手术死亡，无喉返神经损伤，不需输血，住院时间短（平均15d），术后恢复快。310例获得随访4个月～11年，甲亢治愈率100％，无复发，仅有1例出现甲状腺功能低下现象。结论甲状腺功能亢进症^131I治疗后的外科治疗效果良好。Obiective To investigate the curative effect of surgical therapy for hyperthyrea after iodine 131 treatment. Method Total thyroideetomy is operated on 322 cases, injected with propanolol and compound iodine solution before surgery. Results No operation death and laryngeal nerve injury occurred in this group, with a shorter hospitalization time and a quicker postoperative recovery. Follow - up were taken on the 310 patients from 4 months to 11 years. The cure rate is 100%. Only 1 patient presented thyroid hypofunction. Conclusions The surgical therapy for hyperthyrea after iodine 131 treatment is satisfactory.
