摘　　要：优化国家基本药物的遴选途径和方法,完善国家基本药物制度。介绍了澳大利亚基本药物目录的发展过程、管理机构及遴选情况,以期为我国的基本药物目录遴选提供借鉴。精简优化《国家基本药物目录》,将有利于公众获得基本药物。The approach and methods for the selection of national essential drugs were optimized and the national essential drug system was improved. The selection of Australian essential drug list was introduced. It would be helpful to study the selection of essential drug list in China. Simplifying national essential drug list can facilitate people＇s access to essential drugs.
