RP-HPLC法测定板蓝根药材中腺苷和表告依春的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立板蓝根药材中腺苷和表告依春含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:Lichrocorb-C_(18)柱(250 mmn×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:40 ℃;流动相:甲醇-水(15:85);流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长:245 nn。结果:精密度和稳定性均良好;腺苷在进样量6.46～646 ng间呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为1.0%;表告依春在进样量6.01～601ng间呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.9%。结论:该法简便快速,结果准确,重复性好,可作为板蓝根药材的质量控制方法。Objective ：To establish a method for the determination of adenosine and epigoitrin of lsatis indigotica Fort. by HPLC. Methods：The chromatographic conditions were as follows：Lichrocorb - C lsanalytic chromatographic column（250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） ;column temperature ：40℃ ;The mobile phase consisted of methanol -water （15： 85） ,eluted at a rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 The wavelength for detection was 245 nm. Results：The precision and stability were fine. The standard curves of adenosine was linear in the concentration range of 6.46 - 646 ng, r = 0. 9999 ;the average recovery was 97.4% ,with RSD of 1.0% . And the standard curves of epigoitrin was linear in the concentration range of 6.01 - 601 ng,r = 0. 9999 ; the average recovery was 99.0% ,with RSD of 1. 9% . Conclusion：This method is sensitive,quick and accurate for the quality control of lsatis indigotica Fort..
