HPLC法同时测定清火栀麦胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯和栀子苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立清火栀麦胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯和栀子苷的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18)(250mm×4.6 nm,5μm);甲醇-水为流动相,波长和流动相采用梯度方式进行洗脱;流速1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果:脱水穿心莲内酯在0.18～1.8 μg、栀子苷在0.08～0.8μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率分别为:99.6%,100.5%;RSD分别为0.6%,0.5%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便,快速,准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of dehydroandrographolide and geniposide in Qinghuozhimai Capsules. Method：Using Shim - pack VP - ODS C18Column（250mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm ） , moving phase ： methanol - water, with gradient elution of wavelength and moving, the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1, Results ： The linear rangs of the determination of dehydroandrographolide was 0. 18 - 1.8 μg, geniposide was 0.08 - 0.8μg, The average recovery of dehydroandrographolide was 99.6% , geniposide was 100.5% . RSD of dehydroandrographolide was 0.6% , geniposide was 0.5% （ n = 5 ） o Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate, suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
