摘　　要：中国图书馆学会《图书馆服务宣言》向社会公众宣示了中国图书馆人对于现代图书馆理念的基本认同,表达了图书馆对全社会普遍开放、维护读者权利、平等服务、对弱势人群人文关怀和消弥数字鸿沟的理念。这些理念出自IFLA的各种文件,中国图书馆人经过一个漫长的过程,现已接受这些理念。参考文献24。Library Service Manifesto of Library Society of China tells the public that library people of China agree with the modem library ideas. The ideas from the documents of IFLA are the library opening to the public, rights of users, equal access, caring for the vulnerable and bridging the digital divide. Chinese library people have now accepted these ideas in the new millennium.
