摘 要:目的研究饮用雷公藤茶与广西铝矿区老年人群高铝暴露及认知能力之间的影响。方法采用简易精神状态调查表(MMSE)及时钟绘图实验(CDT)对≥60岁老年人群进行认知能力测定,用原子吸收分光光度法检测饮水、饮用雷公藤茶及血液中铝元素含量,并对饮水(饮用雷公藤茶)及血液中铝元素与老年认知能力之间的关系进行统计分析,评价饮用雷公藤茶对老年人群高铝暴露及认知能力的影响。结果铝矿区内常年饮用雷公藤茶老年人血液中铝浓度较不饮用雷公藤茶老年人显著降低(P<0.01),而不饮用雷公藤茶老年人MMSE评分及CDT计分较饮茶者明显降低(P<0.05)。结论饮用雷公藤茶可减轻铝矿区内老年人高铝暴露,延缓老年人认知能力降低。Objective Tnstudy the relationship between drinking Tripterygium wilfordii tea and cognitive function of elderly residents in bauxite district. Methods Cognitive function was measured by mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and clock drawing test (CDT) ,and the aluminium dement contents of drinking tea and blood were determined by using atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Analyse the correlativity of cognitive function and the aluminium contents of drinking tea and blood,and evaluate the effect of the drinking Tfipterygium will ordii tea on elderly residents'cognitive function. Results Compared to the never drinking tripterygium wilfordii tea significanfly lower aluminium levels in elderly residents'drinking tripterygium wilfordii tea and blood and higher MMSE score and CDT score were found in bauxite district. Conclusion Our findings support that drinking tripterygium wilfordii tea can liqhten the high level aluminum exposure and dehy the elderly residents' cognitive decline in bauxite district.
