薤白提取物平喘作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究薤白提取物的平喘作用。方法以豚鼠制作动物哮喘模型,采用磷酸组胺喷雾致喘法,以氨茶碱为阳性对照药,观察不同剂量薤白提取物的平喘作用。结果与正常对照组比较,薤白提取物0.04 g/kg、0.08 g/kg、0.16 g/kg组均能明显延长豚鼠哮喘的潜伏期(P<0.01)。结论薤白提取物有明显的平喘作用。Objective To study the effect of extracts of allium macrostemon bunge on antiasthmatic action. Methods To observe the pharmacodynamic action by asthmatic model of guinea pig. Results The latency of induced asthma was prolonged in extracts groups （0.04g/kg,0.08g/kg and 0. 16g/kg,respectively） in guinea pigs. Conclusion The ethanol extracts of aUium macrostemon bunge has antiasthmatic action.
