摘　　要：分析了国内外矿产资源开发的现状,介绍了资源开发项目的一些重要准备工作,强调矿床经济评价为项目决策依据。基于资源量和储量定义,分析了资源开发项目中资源范围的可变性及资源开发的国际化趋势,表明目前世界范围内矿产资源不会短缺,随着科技的发展,可利用资源量在不断增加。企业要正确把握国外资源开发项目的资源量和储量,避免盲目投资。结合实例,分析了投资国外资源开发项目应注意的一些主要问题,并对我国企业投资国外资源开发项目提出了建议。Analysis of mineral resources development＇ s present status at home and abroad. Some important preparatory works of resources development project were introduced. Emphasizing mineral deposit economic evaluation of project, which provided basis for decision making. Based on resources quantity and reserves definition, the resources range changeability and international trend of resources development were analyzed. It indicates that the worldwide mineral resource can＇ t be short in the present, and the available resources quantity is increasing with the development of technology. As enterprise, should rightly hold resources quantity and reserves of resources development project, and avoid haphazard funding. According to examples, analyzing some main questions that domestic enterprises should pay attention to invest in the resource development project abroad and putting forward suggests.
