摘  要:卧龙湖煤矿首采面受岩浆岩侵入,煤层上方4m和30m处各赋存一层2~4m厚的岩浆岩,开采过程中,直接顶悬顶最长11.0m,矿压显现强烈。通过对该条件下坚硬顶板矿压规律和控制方法分析,提出了切顶排加强支护结合人工强制放顶的方法处理顶板,建立了初撑力与密集支柱线密度的计算式,给出了初次放顶阶段和初次来压阶段加强支护的参数,同时确定了岩浆岩为直接顶和岩浆岩距顶板4.0m两种情况下的强制放顶参数。实测表明,采用该项技术后,直接顶一般随采随冒,对于部分不能及时冒落的直接顶,采取人工强制放顶后无悬顶或悬顶长度小于2.0m。The immediate roof is magmatic rocks or some parts of immediate roof have magmatic rocks about two to four meters high above the coal seam about four and thirty meters in wo long hu mine, The length of hanging roof can reach eleven meters. According to analysis on the strata behavior and control method of hard roof under this geological conditions, a method of strengthening the support of cutter roof and artificial caving compulsorily is put forward, the formula of setting load and line density of concentrated props is established, the parameters of strengthen supporting of first roof caving stage and first weighting stage is gave, and the parameters of forced roof caving is determined. Actual measurement shows, the immediate roof can falls after mining and the roof which is affected by magmatic has no hanging or the length of hanging roof is two meter.
