摘  要:介绍了基于广域测量系统的电力系统低频振荡在线监测及振荡特性离线分析功能模块的设计及实现方法。模块在线部分集成的数据滤波等4种检测算法,同时满足了监测的实时性和报警的高精度;模块的离线部分集成了改进Prony等3种分析算法,实现了振荡特性参数的全面解析。告警记录及数据分析结果存储于磁盘。模块中的统计功能,实现了数据信息的深层挖掘。该模块已经在河北南网实际运行,运行结果表明该模块的有效性和可靠性。A low frequency oscillation on-line monitoring and oscillation characteristics off-line analysis function module of power system based on wide area measurement systems was designed and implemented. Due to data filtering and other three detection algorithm were integrated into the on-line part of this module, real-time of monitoring and high precision of alarm are satisfied simultaneously. Due to improved Prony and other two analysis algorithm were integrated into the off-line part of this module, oscillation characteristics references were analysis comprehensively. The alarm record and data analysis results were saved on hard disk for deep mining of data information by the statistical function of this module. This module has been put into actual operation. The reliability and validity of it has been observed.
