摘　　要：研究了国家电网公司各级单位之间的数据交换需求,提出了数据交换平台的分布式对称架构。基于面向服务的架构(service-oriented architecture,SOA)设计开发了数据交换平台,支持业务系统统一接入服务、多种数据交换方式、多种数据交换格式、灵活的交换控制和调度管理机制。该平台作为国家电网公司SG186工程一体化平台的重要组成部分,成功实现了国家电网公司信息系统的纵向贯通。The requirements of data exchange between the different departments in the SGCC are discussed, and the distributed symmetrical structure of data exchange platform is brought forward. The design and development of data exchange platform are based on service-oriented architecture （SOA）, the platform supports the unified services for business access, with the different exchange modes and exchange formats. The platform is provided with the flexible scheduling and controlling mechanisms. As an important part of the integrated platform in SG186 project, it realizes the data exchanging vertically of information systems in the corporation.
