摘  要:该设计基于可编程芯片上系统的解决方案,在单片现场可编程门阵列芯片上同时实现CPU控制器、8路异步收发器、8路可寻址远程传感器高速通道(highway addressable remote transducer,HART)协议设备的独立调制解调器等部件,可实现8路HART协议转换及智能I/O采集功能,不仅结构简单,而且成本低廉,解决了多路HART设备的快速数据采集和响应问题。此外,该模块采用异步采集的方法,自动对HART设备进行周期性的采集和数据的实时缓冲,有效地提高了对上位机通信的响应速度。该设计已成功应用于EDPF-NT分散控制系统中。Based on system on programmable chip (SOPC) resolve means, the function of CPU, eight universal asynchronous receiver and transmitter ' (UARTs), eight independent modems of highway addressable remote transducer (HART) protocol on single field programmable gate array (FPGA) at the same time, as well as the function of eight HART protocol conversions and I/O data collections was realized in a single module, it not only has simple structure, low price but also could solve the problem of fast data collection and fast response in more channels HART equipment In addition, by using the method of asynchronism scan, the module scaned slave HART equipment automatically in period and data were buffered in the real time, the response speed of communication with upper computer was improved. This design has already been used in EDPF-NT distributed control system (DCS) successfully.
