摘　　要：经HPLC和氨基酸分析表明，采用单一溶媒分离环孢菌素D比多溶媒梯度洗脱柱层析收率更高，同时具有步骤简单、操作安全的优点。By amino-acid and HPLC analysis of cyclosporin D sample isolated with one-solvent column chromatography indicated that the purity of the sample was higher than that by former multi-solvent procedure. Compared to the former one, the one-solvent procedure was most convenient safer and more recovered.
