被动吸烟与甲醛及通风不良对小白鼠影响的实验观察

摘  要:目的分析三种有害室内因素:被动吸烟、甲醛及通风不良对小白鼠机体的影响。方法将32只小白鼠随机分为4组:被动吸烟组、甲醛组、通风不良组和空白对照组,每组8只,对前三组分别进行通香烟、通甲醛、不通风处理,空白组处于通风正常环境,实验持续4小时,过程中每隔1小时所有小鼠进行独木桥和通电迷宫试验及耐缺氧试验。结果t检验和方差分析显示,被动吸烟组过独木桥和穿行迷宫的时间比其他组显著延长,p<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论被动吸烟对中枢神经系统有严重的毒性作用。甲醛对中枢神经也有一定损伤作用。通风不良的环境,导致脑供氧不足而影响精神状态及平衡感下降。Objective To analyze three kinds of harmful indoor factors: passive-smoking, formaldehyde and bad-ventilation which lead to the influence on the organism of the small white rats. Methods Divided 32 small white rats into 4 groups randomly: passive-smoking group formaldehyde group, bad-ventilated group and the blank matched group, and there were 8 rats in each group. The former three groups respectively carried on ventilating formaldehyde, ventilating passive smoke with cigarette and bad-ventilated condition. The control group was placed in well ventilated and normal environment. Kept on for 3 hours. In the process, each hour all small rats carried through a footlog test and an electrifying-maze test. Finally carry on an anoxia tolerance test. Result T-test and variance analysis showed that comparing the passive-smoking group and other groups in all tests, P〈0.05.There were statistical significance with other groups. Conclusion Passive-smoking has very serious toxicity on the central nervous system. Formaldehyde also do harm on the central nervous system. The bad-ventilated environment will lead to the oxygen supply deficiency to brain which can make bad effect on mental status and balance.
