摘 要:目的探讨超声动态观测肾移植手术的临床应用价值。方法应用超声对112例肾移植手术病例进行术前术后检测。重点观察肾移植术后第3、7天、术后1个月及术后3个月内移植肾形态结构、血流动力学各项参数。结果112例肾移植病例中,术后彩色多普勒超声及时发现手术并发症37例,其中急性排斥反应8例,髂动脉与肾动脉吻合口处肾动脉狭窄6例;肾盂积水15例;肾周积液8例。结论应用超声动态观察肾移植术前、术后肾内血流灌注情况,以各项指标进行临床评估,有助于及早发现术后并发症,并有效地指导治疗,对于提高肾移植术的成功率和患者的生存率具有重要意义。Objective Tro assess the applied value of ultrasound in continued monitor the renal transplantation. Methods 112 ultrasonic features cases with renal transplantation were analysed. Emphasis to observe the renal transplant complications after operation in three days, seven days, one month and three months. Results "There were 45 technical complications in our series. It included 8cases acute rejection, 6 cases renal artery stenosis, 15cases hydronephrosis and 8 cases peritransplant fluid collection. Conclusion ultrasound is a useful tool for early diagnosis of renal transplant complication, it also can improve the renal transplantation and patient survival rates successfully.
