摘　　要：目的探讨超声诊断乳腺增生性疾病的声像图表现,以及其声像图特征与临床、病理的对照分析。方法回顾性分析超声诊断50例乳腺增生性疾病的声像图表现差异,将其分为两大表现类型,并与临床结合分析,寻找其共性与不同。结果乳腺增生性疾病的声像图表现,依其病理生理的不同,可划归两大类,一种以囊性增生为主的,一种以乳腺腺体增大、增厚为主。结论超声诊断乳腺增生性疾病,可依据其声像表现的不同,归类为乳腺囊性增生及乳腺腺体增生为主,以指导临床诊治,同时可避免常规漏诊、误诊。Summary The purpose inquiry into Ultrasound diagnosis Breast Hyperplasia disease , and analysis its Ultrasonographic features with clinic and pathology. Method Review analytical Ultrasonographic difference about Ultrasound diagnosis 50 Breast Hyperplasia disease, ising divided into it two big performance type, and combine analysis with clinic, look for its total and dissimilarity. Results The Ultrasonographic with Breast Hyperplasia disease, depending on the dissimilarity of its pathologic physiology, can allot two major type, a kind of with the bag increases to living for lord of, a kind of with the mammary glands gland body enlarge,increase thick is ord. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis Breast Hyperplasia disease , can the basis its Uhrasonographic difference, categorize to Breast cystic hyperplasia and Breast body hyperplasia to make a diagnosis and give treatment by guiding a clinic for the mammary glands bag, can avoid normal regulations leaking diagnosis ,misdiagnosis in the meantime.
