老年人结核性脑膜炎并发症分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人结核性脑膜炎并发症的特点。方法对2003年1月至2007年5月本院收治的结核性脑膜炎患者321例,从两个年龄组,对并发脑积水和脑梗死的发生率及临床治疗情况用SPSS统计软件做统计。结果结核性脑膜炎并发脑积水、脑梗塞时,老年组与儿童组差异有显著意义(P<0.05),且治疗效果较差,致残率高,死亡率高(P<0.05)。结论加强对老年结核性脑膜炎的认识,老年病人注意并发脑积水、脑梗死。早发现、早期规范抗痨治疗、早用激素,对增加治愈率,减少致残率、死亡率至关重要。Objective to investigate the aged tuberculous meningitis and The complication of it. Methods 321 patients with tuberculous meningitis Were reviewed during 2003 to 2007 in our hospital,the incidence and prognosis of hydrocephalus and cerebral infarction were analysed with SPSS statistic Software. Results Compared with children groups,tile rate of hydrocephalus and cerebral infarction of Tuberculous meningitis in elderly increased signifieatinly with worse cure rate and higher mortality and mutilation. Conclusion Enhancing to cognition the tuberculous meningitis in aged patients and the complication of it,we should pay attention to hydrocephalus and cerebral infarction in the older, In order to improve the cure rate and reheve the rate of mortality and mutilation It is very important to discover and combat tuberculosis and utihze coffin as early as possible.
