摘  要:[目的]通过对我院住院患者血培养中分离的所有致病菌进行分析,了解住院患者引起菌血症感染的病原菌分布特点和细菌的耐药状况,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。[方法]血培养用英国先德VersaTREK全自动血培养仪培养检测,用常规方法鉴定病原菌,用K-B法做药物敏感试验。[结果]从2004年1月~2007年8月,血培养共检出358株病原菌(不含重复菌),其中革兰阴性杆菌132株,占36.9%,革兰阳性球菌215株,占60.1%,真菌11株,占3%,检出的前几位细菌分别为凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌,大肠埃希菌,克雷伯菌属,肠球菌属,金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌。大肠埃希菌中ESBLs的检出率为35.6%,克雷伯菌属中ESBLs的检出率为30.8%,MRSA的检出率为20.8%,MRCNS的检出率为78.6%。[结论]了解我院引起菌血症感染的病原菌分布特点及耐药性,合理使用抗菌药物以减少耐药菌株的产生和医院感染的暴发流行。[Objective] To investigate the distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogens isolated in blood culture from the inpatients, and to provide basis for clinical rational utilization of antibiotics. [Methods] Blood samples were cultured and detected by the VERSA TREK .After genus identification, bacterial susceptibility test was carried out by Kirby-Bauer disk method. [ Results] A total of 358 strains of pathogenic bacteria were collected from January 2004 to August 2007, including 132 (36.9%) strains of gram-negative bacilli, 215 (60.1%) strains of gram-positive cocci and 11 (3%) strains of fungi. The most frequently isolated bacteria were CONS, E.coli, Klebsierlla, Enterococcus, S.aureus and P.acruginosa. The detectable rates of E.coli, klebsierlla of ESBLs, MRSA and MRCNS were 35.6%, 30.8%, 20.8% and 78.6%, respectively. [Conclusion] The distribution and antibiotic resistance of pathogens isolated from blood cultures have been understood to effectively control nosocomial outbreak infection and reduce emergence of resistant pathogens.
